Golden Yards Pet Waste Removal


Terms & Policies
Effective Date: March 9, 2026

1. Terms & Conditions

By scheduling or using services provided by Golden Yards Pet Waste Removal (“Company”), you agree to the following terms:

1.1 Service Agreement

The Company provides:

  • One-time cleanup services

  • Recurring services (weekly, twice weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

Recurring services continue automatically until canceled prior to the next scheduled service.

1.2 Payment Authorization

A valid payment method must be kept on file before the first service.

By booking service, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method after each completed visit.

If payment fails:

  • You will be notified

  • Service may be paused until resolved

  • Repeated failures may result in service cancellation

1.3 Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible entry to the service area:

  • Gates unlocked

  • Clear access paths

  • Pets properly secured when necessary

If access cannot be obtained, service may be skipped and the full service fee may still apply.

1.4 Pet Safety

Dogs may be present only if they are non-aggressive and do not interfere with service.

If a dog shows aggressive behavior:

  • Service may be stopped immediately

  • Future service may be refused

  • No refunds will be issued for interrupted or skipped service due to unsafe conditions

1.5 Yard Conditions

The Company will make every reasonable effort to remove visible pet waste. However, full removal may be limited by:

  • Tall grass

  • Leaves or debris

  • Mud, snow, or ice

Minor lawn disturbance may occur during normal service.

1.6 Weather & Service Interruptions

Service may be delayed, skipped, or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Missed visits due to weather are not eligible for refunds. Waste will be removed at the next scheduled visit.

1.7 Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a visit.

Late cancellations may be charged the full service fee.

Recurring services must be canceled before the next scheduled visit to avoid charges.

1.8 Missed Service & Accumulation

If service is skipped due to access issues, weather, or customer request, waste will continue to accumulate.

Excess buildup may require additional time and may be billed at a one-time cleanup rate.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing lawn damage

  • Damage caused by hidden objects

  • Injuries caused by unsecured pets

  • Access-related issues

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service.

1.10 Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Adjust routes and scheduling

  • Update pricing with notice

  • Modify these Terms & Policies

Updates become effective upon posting.

1.11 Service Refusal or Termination

Service may be refused or discontinued due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive pets

  • Repeated access issues

  • Nonpayment

2. Service Policies

2.1 Information Required

To begin service, customers must provide:

  • Property address

  • Yard size (approximate)

  • Number of dogs

  • Access instructions

  • Relevant pet behavior information

Inaccurate information may result in pricing adjustments.

2.2 Scheduling & Routing

Services are performed on a route-based schedule. Specific days may change due to weather, holidays, or operational needs.

Customers will be notified when possible.

2.3 Notifications

Customers may receive:

  • Service reminders

  • “On the way” notifications

  • Completion confirmations

2.4 Holiday Schedule

Service may be skipped on major holidays, including:

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Day

Service resumes on the next scheduled visit. No refunds are issued for holiday skips.

2.5 Yard Guarantee

If a spot is missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

2.6 Sanitation Practices

Equipment and footwear are regularly disinfected between properties using pet-safe products.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect customer information such as name, address, phone number, and payment details solely for:

  • Scheduling and service delivery

  • Customer communication

  • Payment processing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required to:

  • Process payments

  • Comply with legal obligations
